Based on feedback received during 2015, this season’s North West women’s road races feature opportunities for elite and first category riders as well as some additions (as well as date changes) to last year’s calendar.
Not all races are on the British Cycling system as yet, but in the meantime, here’s your dates so that you can all start to plan your seasons from a North West perspective at least:
6 March 2016 St Helens CRC Pimbo Road Race
Pimbo circuit. Categories W2/W3/W4 – start time 12:00pm – entry fee £17.00 – distance 61km
20 March 2016 Duncan Sparrow Road Race
Pimbo circuit (new addition to the series). Categories W2/W3/W4 – start time 12:00pm – entry fee £17.00 – distance 61km
3 April 2016 Capernwray Road Race
Capernwray circuit – categories WE/W1/W2/W3 – start time 10:02am – entry fee £20.00 – distance 75km
16 April 2016 St Helens CRC Bickerstaffe Road Race
Bickerstaffe circuit – categories W2/W3/W4 – start time 11:00am – entry fee £17.00 – distance 65km
